Radosław Marlęga
Assistant Professor at the KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology, Master of Physics from the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw, and Doctor in the scientific discipline of management and quality from the Faculty of Management Engineering at the Białystok University of Technology. Author of over 25 publications in the fields of computer science, management, and control theory. For over 20 years, he has been implementing IT projects for the world's largest institutions, such as banks, telecommunications companies, and industrial and mining enterprises. President of the IT company Red Ocean and former IT Director in major institutions such as: Telekomunikacja Polska, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Bank of Poland. Member of the Program Council at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Silesian University of Technology.
