Przemysław Sztuczkowski is a recognized entrepreneur and leader in the metallurgical industry, owner and CEO of Cognor Holding S.A., a Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed company specializing in the production of steel products. He began his career in 1990 by founding Złomrex, a company focused on trading scrap steel and non-ferrous metals. From the outset, he has been involved in the metallurgical sector, gaining experience in production, sales, and operations management. Under his leadership, Cognor has implemented modern technologies and quality standards, strengthening its competitiveness both in Poland and internationally. Responsible for key investment decisions and the company’s growth, he promotes sustainable development and innovation. He actively participates in discussions on the future of the steel industry, sharing his expertise at industry conferences and events. Privately, he is passionate about sports and travel.
