Krzysztof Zamasz
Ph.D. Krzysztof Zamasz, commercial director, vice-president and member of the management board of Veolia Group in Poland, president of the management board of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland, responsible for the development of heating systems, water and waste business line of Veolia in Poland.
Previously, from July 2018, member of the management board of the European investment fund Luma Holding, a tin producer in Rwanda, CEO of LuNa Smelter, where he was responsible for strategic projects in the area of exploration and mining in Sub-Saharan Africa. From 2017 to 2018, member of the management board of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis. In the years 2013-2015 he was the president of the energy company Enea, and from 2008 to 2013 he was the vice-president of Tauron Polska Energia. Associate professor at the Silesian University of Technology and the WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He is the author or co-author of over 40 publications and scientific and research opinions. His research work focuses on issues related to energy economics, energy market, capacity market, acquisition and consolidation of companies, innovation and logistics process management.
From May 2024, he also serves as the Honorary Consul of Romania for the areas of the Silesian, Łódź and Greater Poland voivodeships, based in Katowice.
